09 November 2022: Report of the 29th Council meeting

The report of the 29th meeting of the Council is now available.

The meeting was held 13-15 September 2022 in Oslo, Norway as a hybrid event. NAMMCO member countries reiterated that a strong scientific approach and user knowledge are both important to form sound management advice on marine mammals. A close collaboration with hunters and users of marine mammals as well as the research projects MINTAG and NASS2024 emphasize NAMMCOs commitment to a sustainable and sound management.
