1 February, 2019: NAMMCO Marine Mammal Student Symposium
NAMMCO, in collaboration with UiT – The Arctic University of Tromsø and Akvasem is organizing a symposium for marine mammal students on 6th February. The symposium consists of project presentations from students working on marine mammal related topics as well as an evening event with invited guest speakers.
Topics presented include threats, welfare, legislation, physiology and migrations.
The symposium is open to everyone, and is held in Blix-salen at the Arctic Biology building at UiT.
