10 May 2023: Reveal of the MINTAG Design

The MINTAG project has come a long way and we are happy to present you the designs of the first generation of tags, called V0b tags! Two tags were designed for the first deployment in summer 2023: the minke whale tag and the fin whale tag! The two tag designs are based on differences in blubber thickness and distance to fascia between the two target species.
