21 December, 2018: Happy Holidays!

The NAMMCO Secretariat would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

2018 has been full of interesting meetings and events, some of which were the first meeting of the brand new Working Group on By-catch, entanglements and live strandings (BYCELS) in February, the 25th meeting of the NAMMCO Scientific Committee in November, and the Joint IMR/NAMMCO International Workshop on the Status of Harbour Porpoises in the North Atlantic in December. This year has also seen some changes in staff, with a new Scientific Secretary as well as additional people joining the team. More on this and our plans for 2019 in a future post!
