October 2, 2018: Joint IMR/NAMMCO Workshop on the Status of Harbour Porpoises in the North Atlantic

The Institute of Marine Research and NAMMCO are organising an international Workshop on the Status of Harbour Porpoises in the North Atlantic in Tromsø, December 3-7, 2018. Ulf Lindström (IMR) will chair the event. The Workshop is open only to invited participants.

The Workshop will identify the appropriate assessment units for harbour porpoises in the North Atlantic, review information, identify knowledge gaps and define research priorities. An assessment will be conducted for the assessment units where there is enough data. You can read more about harbour porpoises here.
