01 July 2024: The report of the Scientific Committee Working Group on By-catch is now available!

The NAMMCO Scientific Committee Working Group on By-Catch met up online on May 16, 2024. The meeting was chaired by Kimberly Murray (NOAA, USA). The working group formulated the official data call for fisheries effort, which will be used to quantify marine mammal exposure to by-catch risk. The call has now been circulated to the relevant fisheries departments of the four Member countries.
